Other features or issues related to Microsoft Partner Center
The message indicates that access to that feedback work item (UID:1268493) is restricted by updated security and access policies in MS Collaborate/Partner Center. This is not an issue that can be fixed from the UI; it requires Partner Center support to review and adjust access.
To proceed:
- Confirm the correct account/tenant
- In MS Collaborate, ensure the correct Microsoft Entra tenant and account are selected:
- Select the badge icon in the upper-right corner to choose the right Microsoft Entra tenant if more than one exists.
- In the left navigation pane, click the current account name to switch to the correct DevCenter account if multiple are available.
- If the Collaborate account has been inactive for more than 180 days, access permissions to programs/engagements may have been automatically deactivated. In that case, reactivation must follow the instructions sent in the notification emails or be handled by support.
- In MS Collaborate, ensure the correct Microsoft Entra tenant and account are selected:
- Open a Partner Center support ticket
- Follow the instruction in the error text and create a ticket with Partner Center support.
- In the ticket, include:
- The Universal Partner ID (UID) you are trying to access: 1268493.
- The exact error message and Message Code: 715-123220.
- Confirmation of the tenant and account you are using in Collaborate.
- Partner Center support can then:
- Verify whether the engagement or program permissions tied to that UID are still active.
- Restore or adjust access if it was removed due to security policy changes or automatic permission deactivation.
- If you still cannot see related packages/engagements
- After support confirms access, if packages or engagements are still missing, verify again that the correct tenant and account are selected in Collaborate as described above.
The Universal Partner ID shown in Collaborate is an internal ID used only within the MS Collaborate feedback system and is shared with all users who have access to that work item. It does not map directly to any specific engineering system ID, so Partner Center support will use the UID and your account details to locate and fix the access.
