activation of microsoft

microsoft is not active eventhough I have paid. Word and Excel are not working. How can I reactive them?

May I ask what's the exact message you see in Word or Excel. Also, what M365 license are you using? In the meantime, please check if your subscription is active by going to the Microsoft account services page:

Make sure your Microsoft 365 subscription is active and not expired.
