What does the administrator need to do step by step to fix this issue?
Why do I keep getting removed from my work education team
Every day I have to be added back into my work education team.
I have to contact the Teams admin to add me back in.
It says when I open the app, enter join code or create a new team.
I have tried clearing the cache, I am on my work account not personal.
Why does this keep happening and how to stop it?

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
If you are being removed from a Microsoft Teams for Education team every day, the cause is usually related to how membership is managed on the administrator side rather than an issue with the Teams app itself.
In many education environments, Teams membership is automatically synchronized from systems such as Microsoft Entra ID groups, class rosters, or School Data Sync. When this happens, any manual changes made by an administrator inside Teams can be overwritten by the next synchronization cycle. As a result, a user who was manually added may be removed again.
Another possibility is that the team is connected to a Microsoft 365 group or managed through automated provisioning tools. If your account is not listed in the source group, the system may automatically remove you from the team.
Since you already tried clearing the Teams cache and confirmed that you are using your work account, the best next step is to ask your Teams or Microsoft 365 administrator to check:
- Whether the team membership is synced from Microsoft Entra ID or School Data Sync
- Whether your account is included in the underlying Microsoft 365 group
- Whether any automated provisioning or policy is re-syncing the membership daily
Once your account is correctly added to the source group, the issue should stop occurring.
