I had PL900 MICROSOFT CERTIFICATION EXAM on 10/3/26 at 7:15pm. I have joined on time and started showing my original Aadhar card, but virtual person wanted other government proof. Since I was in PG I couldn't show all (everything was in my hometown). Also, he sent me rescheduling link. I was checking my dates and time which slot to book.by the time Link got expired. now I need to reschedule my exam -I'm not able to see appointment exam on my credential too. Please help

The missed PL-900 exam and the expired reschedule link must be handled directly through the official certification support and the exam delivery provider; it cannot be fixed from the Microsoft 365/SharePoint side.

    Use these steps:

    1. Check for the exam appointment in the Learn profile
      • Sign in to the Learn profile.
      • Go to the profile avatar → ProfileCredentialsCertifications.
      • Scroll to see whether the PL-900 exam appointment appears. If it does, use the Reschedule link; this will redirect to the exam delivery provider to pick a new slot.
      • If there is no appointment listed, proceed to support.
    2. Try rescheduling/cancelling through the standard path
      • If the appointment is visible, follow the normal reschedule flow described in the reschedule policy: reschedule or cancel via the Learn profile, which redirects to the exam provider’s site.
      • Be aware that if the system treats this as a no‑show and more than 24 hours have passed, the original fee or voucher may be forfeited per the reschedule/cancellation policy.
    3. If the appointment is missing or the link has expired
      • Open a support ticket with Credentials Support so the certification team can investigate the missing appointment and the expired link.
      • Go to Credentials Support (aka.ms/credentialssupport as referenced) and submit a ticket under the Learning/Microsoft Credential category with:
        • Exam code (PL-900)
        • Scheduled date and time
        • Description that the proctor ended the session, sent a reschedule link that expired, and the appointment no longer appears in the certification profile.
      • This is the channel that can restore or re-enable the booking if appropriate.
    4. If the issue is with the exam delivery system itself
      • For any proctoring or launch issues (ID verification, room scan, session ended by proctor), contact the exam delivery partner’s support (Pearson VUE or Certiport, depending on who hosted the exam). Their support is the escalation path for delivery problems and can confirm the exam status.
    5. If accommodations or ID constraints apply
      • If standard ID requirements or room‑scan rules cannot be met (for example, limited documents in a PG accommodation), request exam accommodations before the next booking using the official accommodations process so the exam can be set up with appropriate conditions.

If previous support channels have not responded, submitting a fresh ticket via Credentials Support with complete details is the recommended next step; this is the same route moderators direct candidates to for missing exams, certificates, or unresolved certification issues.
