I am trying to enroll my company in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program through the Partner Central portal

During the Company Information / Business Verification step, the enrollment is blocked with the following error:

Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to Microsoft support with reference number: 715-123160 and transaction ID: 1ae14ef4-4aaf-4cae-8ec4-4ae29c2a8c68. Correlation ID: 7e9827d6-2453-4904-8d96-f175b910b183

The business registration number and company details are correct and valid. Because enrollment is blocked, no Partner Center workspace is created. As a result, I am unable to submit a support request from within Partner Center, since the “Workspace” field is mandatory and the dropdown is empty.

I also cannot access Microsoft Services Hub, as this is a new tenant without an existing support agreement.

 Please note:

  • This is a new company ( sole proprietorship / Persoana Fizica Autorizata ) in my home country of Romania )  enrollment

 - I am signing in with the company domain email used for enrollment

 - The issue cannot be resolved from Partner Center UI due to lack of workspace I am happy to provide any additional verification documents if required.

  • I have already sent an escalation email to reportapp@microsoft.com.

I am therefore requesting manual review and assistance to:

  • Clear the trust block on this enrollment, OR
  • Allow correction / resubmission of business verification details
I need this case escalated to the Partner Center enrollment / trust review team for manual verification or unblock.
