Vetting status under Account Details is displayed as Rejected

I am participating in the Microsoft Windows Hardware Developer Program. In Account Settings - Legal Information, the Vetting status under Account Details is displayed as Rejected.
Our D-U-N-S Number contains invalid characters, so I am trying to resolve the issue by the following filing an appeal.

"Resolve" on Verification Summary page does not appear, so I cannot select "Resolve", so I will submit a support request to the Partner Center based on your advice, so please let me know its clealy URL.
