Hacked email and I cannot receive any email on the hacked account

Question

Previously my outlook email has been hacked and now I'm unable to receive any incoming mails except that from Microsoft. I've tried contacting global support and they redirected me to outlook help but in the "?" page, there's no options for contacting a live agent. Now I'm unable to receive any emails and the global Microsoft agent keeps telling me to use outlook.com even after I've used the help button on the outlook and am unable to receive any support. Can someone help

Problem solved, I would need Active Microsoft 365 in order to access support, https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/office/contact-support-and-provide-feedback-in-new-outlook-for-windows-4a4bcc80-c71e-4e44-97c1-d0e62452ef4a
