- Are you unable to sign in at https://outlook.live.com on a browser?
- Or does the website open but emails are not loading or sending?
- Also, on your iPhone: Are you using the Outlook app or the iPhone Mail app? What error message are you seeing on the phone?
If Outlook.com itself is not working in a browser, the issue is likely with the account or service.
If it works in the browser but not on the iPhone, it may just be a sync or app issue.
Please share what you see and any error message. That will help narrow down the cause.
