    Hi @kasani chandra prasanth ,

the best option might be to open a support request with Azure Support:

    Create an Azure support request

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.

Use the following steps to troubleshoot and resolve the failed Azure payment:

    1. Confirm card status and funds with the bank
      • Even if international transactions and limits are updated, the bank can still be denying the transaction.
      • Contact the bank/issuer and explicitly ask them to check for:
        • Any blocks on online or international transactions.
        • Credit limit or balance issues.
        • Whether recurring/merchant-initiated payments are allowed for this card.
    2. Verify the card meets Azure requirements
      • Ensure the card is not a virtual or prepaid card, as these are not accepted for Azure subscriptions.
      • Make sure the card is issued in a country/region supported for Azure and matches the billing country/region.
    3. Double-check card details in the Azure portal
      • In the Azure portal, go to Cost Management + Billing → your billing account → payment methods.
      • Edit the payment method and verify that:
        • Card number, expiry date, and CVV are correct.
        • Name and billing address exactly match what the bank has on file (including city, state, and ZIP/postal code).
      • Save the details and retry the payment.
    4. Try a different browser/session if the portal is not saving changes
      • Sign out of all Azure sessions.
      • Open an InPrivate/Incognito window in Microsoft Edge (or another browser).
      • Sign in again and retry updating the payment method and paying the outstanding balance.
    5. Use a different payment method if possible
      • Add another valid credit/debit card in Cost Management + Billing.
      • Associate the subscription with the new payment method and retry the payment.
    6. If the subscription remains disabled after updating payment
      • A remaining outstanding balance can keep the subscription disabled. Ensure the past-due amount is fully cleared before expecting reactivation.
    7. If payment still fails
      • At this point, the issue is likely specific to the billing profile or card processing. Create a free Azure Billing support request so a billing engineer can review the failed payment and subscription details and fix it.
