After replacing the HDD with SSD, I did a clean reinstall of Windows 10 home. I don't have the email ID anymore but I have the previous HDD separately. How do I get back my Microsoft Office 2019?

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

What do you mean by "I don't have the email ID anymore"?

Do you no longer have access to that email account (for example, it’s locked or deleted), or do you no longer remember the email address (username) of the Microsoft account that is associated with Office 2019?

Please understand that once you redeem your Office product with a Microsoft account, the license is permanently tied to that account. When you sign in with that same account on the Services & Subscriptions page here, you can reinstall the Office applications: https://account.microsoft.com/services

If you no longer remember the email address or no longer have access to that account, unfortunately you will not be able to reinstall or activate the Office applications.

If you can share a bit more detail about what exactly is happening with your account (for example, forgotten email, lost password, account closed, etc.), we can try to help you recover the Microsoft account associated with your Office apps.
