view calendar outlook

Question

hello, how can I change the schedule view in calendar in new outlook program ? I usually use "schedule view" where in the top I have hours in columns and on the left side I have people, meeting rooms and so one. Thanks for all help

Regarding your issue, the Schedule View you’re referring to (with hours across the top and people/rooms listed on the left) is currently not available in the new Outlook. This view is still supported in Classic Outlook, but it hasn’t yet been implemented in the new Outlook experience. As the new Outlook is still being actively developed and updated, not all features from the classic version are available at this time.

That said, if the Schedule View is important to your workflow, as a Microsoft user I highly suggest you submitting your idea via the Ideas · Community platform. This allows others to see and upvote your suggestion and helps product development team better understand user needs and prioritize improvements. The more voices they hear, the greater the chance we’ll see enhancements in future updates.
