I am the legal owner of the domain I am unable to verify it in my current Microsoft 365 directory because it is already associated with an existing, unmanaged tenant:

The existing tenant appears to be unmanaged or was created by an unauthorized party. I have no credentials for that tenant and cannot access it to remove the domain manually.

Requested Action: I am requesting that the Microsoft Data Protection Team manually detach the domain sheltechceramics.com from the conflicting tenant__Evidence of Ownership:__

Conflicting Tenant: sheltechceramicsltd.onmicrosoft.com

Registrar: GoDaddy

DNS Access: I have full control over the DNS settings for this domain. I am ready to add any specific TXT verification records required by the Data Protection Team to prove my ownership immediately.

I understand the process you described. However, as a Reseller customer, I am blocked from opening a Business ticket myself. My reseller has no authority over the conflicting tenant

This is a security and ownership matter that only the Microsoft Data Protection Team can resolve. Please create a manual Service Request (SR) for a Manual Domain Release and escalate it. I have the GoDaddy DNS access ready to prove my identity

Tanvir Ahmed If your custom domain has already been verified in another Entra directory. You can do this by entering your domain name in the following URL to retrieve the tenant ID where it is verified:

https://www.whatismytenantid.com/

Once you have the tenant ID, verify whether it belongs to your tenant. If the tenant ID is different and you do not own that directory, the only option is to contact the Data Protection team via a support ticket to request the removal of the domain verification from the existing Entra ID tenant. After the removal, you should be able to verify the domain in your tenant without any issues.
