How do i escalate a support call after breached SLA?

My personal Microsoft Account has been incorrectly provisioned as an Azure AD work/school identity in an Azure tenant. MFA is enabled/enforced on that Azure AD object, but no valid authentication methods are registered. This results in an unrecoverable MFA loop that blocks login.

I raised a call 3 weeks ago and keep getting transferred between the Data Protection Team and the Consumer Team and then getting the call cut off. The Data Protection Team also closed my call without resolving it.

I would like to escalate the call and try to get a resolution.
