Apple CarPlay setting missing in Intune iOS Device Restrictions

Hi,

I’m managing iOS devices with Microsoft Intune and CarPlay seems to be blocked on our devices.

I checked the iOS Device Restrictions profile under Connected devices and General, but I cannot find the “Allow Apple CarPlay” setting.

Where can this setting be configured in Intune?

Hi Shams,

Apple CarPlay is a built-in feature of iOS devices, therefore Intune cannot configure it directly. However, Apple CarPlay depends on Siri to function so Siri is most likely blocked or not configured under the IOS device restriction profile.
