MS DYNAMICS NOTIFICATIONS NOT DROPPING OFF AFTER 'DISMISS ALL'

Please see attached screenshot, on MS dynamics when I dismiss any notifications they clear whilst I'm still on the current page, but when I then click into a different menu the notifications pop up again and I need to click dismiss again. Is there anyway of removing these notifications entirely as they are no longer relevant?

Thank you in advance for your response :)

Notifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Service are not deleted by the Dismiss all action; they are only prevented from being fetched again, and then automatically removed by the system when they expire.

In the scenario where notifications reappear after navigating to another page, the cause is typically missing security privileges on specific entities. To make Dismiss all work correctly so that dismissed notifications do not come back, a system administrator must update the user’s security role as follows:

    1. On the model-driven app user setting entity, grant these privileges:
      • Create
      • Read
      • Write
      • Append
    2. On the setting definition entity, grant these privileges:
      • Read
      • AppendTo
    3. Ensure the updated privileges are saved in the user’s security role and have the user retry Dismiss all.

    Important details about removal behavior:

    • Dismiss all does not immediately delete notifications; it stops fetching notifications created before the dismiss action. Those notifications still exist and will be removed automatically when they reach their expiry date.
    • To remove specific notifications immediately and permanently, use the Delete (close X) action on each notification card instead of relying on Dismiss all.
