To reschedule the DP-700 exam, use the Microsoft Learn profile that is linked to the exam registration.
- Sign in to the Learn profile: go to the Learn profile page and log in with the same account used to schedule the DP-700 exam.
- Open the profile menu: select the photo avatar in the top-right corner and choose Profile.
- Go to certifications: in the left menu, select Credentials, then select Certifications.
- Find the DP-700 exam appointment: scroll to the scheduled DP-700 exam.
- Choose Reschedule: select the “Reschedule” link next to the exam appointment.
- Complete reschedule on the exam provider site: after being redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site, follow the on-screen steps to pick a new date and time and confirm.
Important policy notes:
- Reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the entire exam fee is forfeited.
- If a company-purchased voucher was used and the exam is not rescheduled/cancelled at least 24 hours before, the voucher is forfeited.
