Why can i still not print a draft email years after new outlook release?

Question

Not happy with new outlook. can't print drafts, can't scroll in the calendar. Can't see any benefit other than better backgrounds.

Microsoft should stop tinkering with office busy work, and put 99% of all engineers on multiple user level lock down options to prevent hacking. Still no secure option that i can see.
