    Hi,

Please check your subscription. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the paid subscription in February. Check the active Microsoft 365 subscription and see the renewal date.

Please make sure that your Microsoft account is associated with the same email address from which you received the email. If not, please try to sign in using the same email address. If you see the same subscription. you may cancel your subscription here: Cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription.

Also, double-check if the email is from Microsoft, and please do not click any link in that email. There is a possibility that it is a phishing email.

I look forward to your response.

    Stay Safe!
