Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear @DRL Larsen,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
After reviewing your issue, I understand that you are unable to access the Admin Center to investigate the issue with your outlook.
- Unable to access the Admin Center:
For the issue that when you try to access the Admin Center, it routed to GoDaddy site, I identified that GoDaddy does not provide permission for your account to access directly to the Admin Center. In this case, you will need to contact GoDaddy and request them to grant the access for your account so that you could access to the Admin Center.
- Unable to use the Outlook:
After you could access to the Admin Center, you will need to check if the license was assigned and fully activated for the users or not. If yes, the system needs up to 4 hours to update and you could access to the outlook or other functions.
If the license was not assigned correctly, you could contact GoDaddy to check if the license was purchased from them as Microsoft does not have permission to manage the subscription that purchased from the third party.
You could contact GoDaddy via this link to raise a support request: https://www.godaddy.com/en/help/contact-us?msockid=294c39f3ed306e8f2a1a2f2ae9306882
Note: Microsoft is providing this information as a convenience to you. The GoDaddy sites are not controlled by Microsoft. Microsoft cannot make any representations regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any software or information found there. Please make sure that you completely understand the risk before retrieving any suggestions from the above link
In case the license was correctly set up but after 4 hours, you are still unable to access to the Outlook, this issue requires a backend investigation that Microsoft moderators cannot perform due to access limitations. A Microsoft technical support engineer will need to review your Teams configuration, run synchronization tools to pinpoint the problem, and, if necessary, escalate the case to a higher-level team for an in-depth log analysis
