    Dear @DRL Larsen,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

After reviewing your issue, I understand that you are unable to access the Admin Center to investigate the issue with your outlook.

    1. Unable to access the Admin Center:

For the issue that when you try to access the Admin Center, it routed to GoDaddy site, I identified that GoDaddy does not provide permission for your account to access directly to the Admin Center. In this case, you will need to contact GoDaddy and request them to grant the access for your account so that you could access to the Admin Center.

    1. Unable to use the Outlook:

After you could access to the Admin Center, you will need to check if the license was assigned and fully activated for the users or not. If yes, the system needs up to 4 hours to update and you could access to the outlook or other functions.

If the license was not assigned correctly, you could contact GoDaddy to check if the license was purchased from them as Microsoft does not have permission to manage the subscription that purchased from the third party.

You could contact GoDaddy via this link to raise a support request: https://www.godaddy.com/en/help/contact-us?msockid=294c39f3ed306e8f2a1a2f2ae9306882

Note: Microsoft is providing this information as a convenience to you. The GoDaddy sites are not controlled by Microsoft. Microsoft cannot make any representations regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any software or information found there. Please make sure that you completely understand the risk before retrieving any suggestions from the above link

In case the license was correctly set up but after 4 hours, you are still unable to access to the Outlook, this issue requires a backend investigation that Microsoft moderators cannot perform due to access limitations. A Microsoft technical support engineer will need to review your Teams configuration, run synchronization tools to pinpoint the problem, and, if necessary, escalate the case to a higher-level team for an in-depth log analysis

To create a support request to Microsoft Support, please:

    • Go to the admin center at https://admin.cloud.microsoft. If you are not the admin, please help us to contact directly to your IT Admin.
    • On the bottom right side of the page, select Help & support.
    • Select "Contact Support". Then, choose contact method: "Phone" or "Email"
    • Enter a description of your issue, confirm your contact number and email address, select your preferred contact method, and then select Contact me. The expected wait time is indicated in the Contact support pane.

The behavior indicates that the domain and tenant are managed as a GoDaddy‑provisioned Microsoft 365 subscription, so the Microsoft 365 admin portal access is being redirected through GoDaddy. The error payload "Error":"NOOFFICEPROPLUS undefined" typically means there is no valid Office (Microsoft 365 Apps) license associated with the signed‑in account in that tenant.

From the provided context, similar “no access / license / admin” issues are resolved either by:

    1. Fixing license or profile issues in the Microsoft 365 tenant.
    2. Contacting the subscription owner or Microsoft support when locked out or when there is only one admin.

In a GoDaddy‑managed Microsoft 365 scenario, the equivalent of “tenant admin” and license management is done through GoDaddy’s control panel and support, not directly in the standard Microsoft 365 admin center. Because the sign‑in is being redirected to GoDaddy, all of the following must be done from the GoDaddy side:

    1. Verify that the subscription for the domain is active and includes the correct Microsoft 365 plan (with Exchange Online and, if needed, Microsoft 365 Apps for business/enterprise).
    2. Confirm that the mailbox for the address in question is actually created and assigned to the correct user.
    3. Confirm that a valid license is assigned to that user account. The NOOFFICEPROPLUS error indicates that the account being used does not have the Office ProPlus/Microsoft 365 Apps license in the tenant it is authenticating against.
    4. If the account is supposed to be the admin but cannot reach the Microsoft 365 admin center directly (because of GoDaddy redirection), use GoDaddy’s admin portal to manage the Microsoft 365 subscription and users.
    5. If access to the GoDaddy admin portal is not available or the configuration appears corrupted, open a support ticket with GoDaddy so they can:
      • Check the Microsoft 365 tenant linked to the domain.
      • Verify DNS and mailbox provisioning.
      • Re‑assign or correct licenses.

If the account were a direct Microsoft 365 for business tenant (not via GoDaddy) and showed license or profile errors, the supported path would be to sign in with the business account and let Microsoft’s automated tools troubleshoot Outlook profile, license, or mailbox connection issues, as described in the context. However, because the environment is GoDaddy‑managed and sign‑in is being redirected, those tools and direct admin center access are not applicable; all tenant and license corrections must be done through GoDaddy’s management and support.
