It is not feasible to merge two Microsoft accounts, even if both are utilized for Microsoft 365 subscriptions. Each subscription and its associated data are linked to the specific Microsoft account that was utilized during the purchase, rendering it impossible to combine them into a single account.
If the subscription was acquired under a different email address, the available option is to manage each account independently. If you desire all data under one account, you may consider canceling the newly purchased subscription (if it is still eligible for cancellation or refund) and subsequently subscribing again using the appropriate account.
Alternatively, if there are files or data associated with the new account, they would need to be manually shared or transferred to the other account, as Microsoft accounts cannot be merged.
