Please help. For the last week my system has been starting up very slow. When it got to the lock screen, the mouse and keyboard took a long time to become active. My tech suggested loading the saved bios profiles to start, no change.

After that I decided to look in device manager and found an Unkown USB device (Device Descriptor Request Failed.) I then looked in the task tray and opened the usb . It has my system hard drives listed. How do I fix this. I tried removing it from the tray but can't at it's in use. Also remove the line from device manger but it returns on reboot. TIA
