    Hi there!

Aside from the above, you may also try updating your Chrome browser or reinstall it and see if you'll be able to access the website. You can also do the following:

    1. Open Chrome.
    2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
    3. Select:
      • Cookies and other site data
      • Cached images and files
    4. Choose All time.
    5. Click Clear data.

    Then reopen mail.com.

Hope this helps! Please note that this is a public forum, I will be responding you in short period of time and regret for a delay in response. As I am merely a fellow user trying to provide insight and information that may be helpful to others.

To open Mail.com again in Chrome and get a working desktop shortcut on Windows 11, use the web version in the browser and then install or pin it as a web app/shortcut.

    1. Open Chrome.
    2. Go to the Mail.com sign‑in page and sign in so the mailbox is working in the browser.
    3. In Chrome, create an app-style shortcut:
      • Select the three dots (Customize and control Google Chrome) in the top-right.
      • Select Install or Save and shareCreate shortcut (wording can vary by Chrome version).
      • If offered, check Open as window so it behaves like an app.
      • Confirm to create the shortcut.
    4. A new app/shortcut will appear on the desktop and/or Start menu. Use that icon to open Mail.com like an app.

If Mail.com still will not open in Chrome after changing the logo/icon, try:

    1. Clearing any ad‑blocker or extension that might interfere (disable extensions temporarily and test).
    2. Trying another browser such as Microsoft Edge to confirm the site itself works.
    3. If it works in Edge, you can also install it as an app there:
      • In Edge, open Mail.com and sign in.
      • Select Settings and moreAppsInstall this site as an app.
      • This will give a desktop/start shortcut that opens Mail.com in its own window.
