How do i get my microsoft acc back if its got change by it self to an outlook.com and i cant get in to it

    Could you please clarify which email address you used for your Microsoft account earlier?

    (e.g. @hotmail.com or @live.com or @msn.com)

    Also, where are you currently seeing the Outlook.com address? For example, are you seeing it on the sign-in screen, in an app, or when signing in to Outlook.com on the web?

    Is the Outlook.com address showing as the primary alias of your account, or is it the only email you see now?
