There's no going around - Home edition simply doesn't support domain join. It is a feature that requires at least Windows Pro edition.
Do you have a Windows 11 Pro license you can use? If so, I can show you how to upgrade it.

I have a new laptop that I am trying to bind to the domain. Currently, it has the Windows 11 Home OS and is blocking me from joining a domain. How can I get around this? I've tried deactivating and removing the license to no avail

2026-03-11T18:03:10.6466667+00:00 You might want to make sure they are full enterprise license. If they are upgrade enterprise license, it will not work on Home OS, it can be used on Pro OS only to upgrade from Pro to Enterprise.

2026-03-11T18:29:12.0633333+00:00 Oh dear, then no, you cannot use them directly on Home edition. You will need to at least get an Pro upgrade license (runs around USD100) to ugprade to pro, then you can join domain.
