To reschedule the GitHub Copilot exam (GH-300), use the standard Microsoft Certification reschedule process:

1. Go to the Microsoft Learn profile page and sign in.
2. From the avatar menu, select Profile.
3. In the left menu, select Credentials, then choose Certifications.
4. Scroll to find the scheduled GH-300 (or relevant Copilot/GitHub) exam on 15 March.
5. Select Reschedule next to that exam.
6. You will be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site (for example, Pearson VUE) to pick a new date and time and confirm.

Important policy details:

• Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time. If not, the exam fee (or company voucher) will be forfeited.
• If the exam was scheduled with a company-purchased voucher and the reschedule is attempted inside the 24‑hour window, the voucher may be lost.

If the exam includes an approved accommodation and needs to be rescheduled, use the same process as the original booking by contacting the scheduling agent listed in the accommodation approval letter.

If rescheduling still fails (for example, no option appears or an error occurs), contact the exam delivery provider’s support from the scheduling page, or use the general certification support entry point at Credentials Support.
