activate Office 2021

I recently had to change the motherboard on my Windows 11 pc. I received a message indicating that I needed to activate Office. The phone activation is no longer available, and the online states that I have to activate the Word program, but it says it is not able to do it now. This has gone on for 2 days. Can we complete this with you?

Microsoft Office 2021 Pro Plus is a volume license product intended for organizations, and it is normally activated through a company’s volume licensing system. Because of this, keys sold on third-party store can sometimes cause activation issues.

If you are trying to use this for personal use at home, this is likely not the correct license type. In that case, you may want to contact the seller and request a refund, then purchase Office 2024 directly from the Microsoft Store to ensure it activates properly.
