Exam 70-432 is a legacy Microsoft certification exam. Legacy and current certification records and certificates are managed through Microsoft Learn and the dedicated credentials support channel.
To obtain a copy of the certificate:
- Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile that was used when taking Exam 70-432.
- Go to the Certifications/credentials area to check whether the certification associated with Exam 70-432 appears on the transcript.
- If the certification or downloadable certificate is not visible, or access to the historical certificate is needed, submit a support request to the Microsoft credentials support team so they can review the certification history and provide options:

If the certificate is available only as part of the transcript rather than as a separate downloadable file, it can be viewed, printed, and saved as PDF from the Learn credentials area, as indicated in the Q&A content.
