EXCEL CURSOR is LOCKED as PLUS SIGN

I was adjusting Row Height in a spreadsheet and wanted to copy that row to other rows in the sheet. Somehow my cursor changed to a PLUS SIGN, and I can't click on anything (in any spreadsheet I have open) and can't get rid of the PLUS SIGN.

Please help!

The plus-sign cursor and inability to click cells is typically caused by Scroll Lock being turned on.

To turn off Scroll Lock in Windows 11 when the keyboard has no ScrLk key:

    1. Select Start > Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard.
    2. Turn on On-Screen keyboard.
    3. When the on-screen keyboard appears, select the ScrLk button so it is no longer highlighted (this disables Scroll Lock).

After Scroll Lock is off, the Excel cursor should return to normal and cells should be clickable again.
