Failed to take my exam numerous times

I was set to do the MS900, but the exam was automatically switched to the SC900. I attempted to complete the OnVue verification process numerous times with no luck. The check in time had passed and I was unable to complete the exam. I'd like to reschedule my exam as I was ready and attempted to reach the exam numerous times. Will I incur any penalty fees or have to repay for the exam etc?

Contact Pearson Vue support https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact for issues when taking an exam

Missing or incomplete check-in that results in not taking the exam is treated as a no-show under the reschedule and cancellation policy.

If the exam appointment was not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the entire exam fee (or voucher) is forfeited. In that case, a new attempt must be scheduled and paid for (or a new voucher used), and standard retake rules apply.

To avoid forfeiting fees in the future, always reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment via the Learn profile or certification dashboard if any technical or access issues are anticipated.

For this specific incident (exam switched to SC-900 and repeated OnVUE issues), contact Pearson VUE Support and/or Microsoft Credentials Support with the exam details to see whether any exception can be made, but the documented policy is that missed appointments incur a fee forfeiture.
