Security Lock: How to unblock a Hotmail account after multiple failed attempts

I am writing to request urgent assistance in unblocking my Hotmail account. It has been inaccessible for nearly two weeks, and I am in a desperate situation.

This email address is the primary contact for:

• My son’s medical care: He has severe allergies and is asthmatic; all his specialist appointments are sent here.

• My elderly mother’s care: She has multiple complex health issues, and I manage all her medical correspondence via this account.

• My own medical records.

I cannot simply call every hospital to change my email because I don’t even know which appointments have been scheduled or updated during this block.

I have attempted the following multiple times without success:

  1. Recovery Forms: I have provided exact email subjects and recipient details, yet the automated system continues to reject or ignore the requests.
  2. Verification Codes: My recovery email is unreliable; codes arrive late or not at all. Even when a code is successfully entered, the account remains blocked.
  3. Phone Support: I spent days trying to reach a human. When I finally spoke to a representative (via the business department), I was put on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnected.

I understand the need for security, but this block is currently preventing me from managing the health and safety of my vulnerable family members. I am under immense stress and need a manual review or a direct path to verify my identity.

Any help or escalation from a Microsoft representative would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue. I got an email from Microsoft to say keep trying or set up a new account. The latter isn't the answer.
