Due to the image, you are using a personal account to use OneNote, which may not have a subscription to use OneNote. Please go to Microsoft 365 Copilot | Create, Share and Collaborate and check what type of account you are using.
In the meantime, kindly try these following steps:
Make sure you are using the right account for a Business subscription
- Open an InPrivate/Incognito window.
- In that InPrivate window, sign in to OneNote for the web using your work/school account (the one that has the Microsoft 365 Business license).
- Try opening the notebook again from inside that same session.
Clear cookies / cache
- Clear cookies and cached site data for Microsoft/Office/OneDrive sites in your browser (Edge/Chrome).
If using business account to log in OneNote successfully in InPrivate/Incognito window, please log out your personal account in Edge/ Chrome and sign in the business account again.
