ID Proof query

Question

I have applied to exam with last name as my father's name but in my ID proof my Name exist as Name followed by my Initial. is there any issue or will it say last name mismatch.

You update your Legal name on your Microsoft Learn profile under Settings https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings

The name used when registering for a Microsoft Certification exam must exactly match the first and last name on the government-issued ID presented on exam day.
