how to fix sync error : We're having trouble syncing. Click "Sign in again" to fix this issue. (Error code: 0xE0000024 bdf5h)

I have a personal account and am worried I'll lose my documents as it's not syncing. what can i do? this is for one note app and im on a MacBook.

    Hello,

    Please make sure OneNote is signed in with the same Microsoft account linked to your OneDrive. Then try these:

    Click Sign in again in OneNote.

    Ensure OneDrive is running and your internet is stable.

    Update OneNote and Office via the Mac App Store.

    Export notes locally via File > Export as a backup.

    Restart your Mac and reopen OneNote to retry syncing.
