    Hi John,

If the coins were not credited, consider contacting MS Support since this is a user-user support forum.

Please go to the https://support.microsoft.com/contactus page

Type "Chat with someone" option and press Enter.

Please click on the "Contact support" button at the bottom.

Select the Product and Category for support based on your requirements.

The available support methods will be shown to you.

I hope this information helps. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Otherwise, please take a moment to rate the answer. Wishing you good luck!

Recovery of Minecraft coins or in‑game currency is not handled through general Microsoft account or Microsoft Store troubleshooting. When the issue is specific to Minecraft entitlements (coins, worlds, Minecoins not loading, or missing), the appropriate escalation is through Minecraft Support.

Follow the guidance from the referenced scenario where account access or game ownership issues must be handled by the Minecraft team:

    1. Collect proof of ownership and details:
      • Gamertag / Minecraft username.
      • Platform (e.g., Windows, Xbox, mobile).
      • Approximate date and amount of the Minecoins purchase.
      • Any Microsoft Store purchase records related to the coins.
    2. Contact Minecraft Support:
      • Use the official Minecraft Support request form to open a ticket about missing or unusable coins and attach the above details so they can verify ownership and restore entitlements where possible.

If the problem is tied to a hacked or changed Microsoft account (for example, the account that owns the coins was compromised), first attempt account recovery using the official Microsoft account recovery process. If recovery is not possible, Minecraft Support may still be able to help with game entitlements on a case‑by‑case basis, as indicated in the hacked‑account scenario.

For any Microsoft Store billing or purchase issues (for example, if the coins purchase itself is not showing or was charged incorrectly), use Microsoft Store purchase support for billing questions.
