I buy a new PC Serial no.UD33JSI0215490A8C30700 , But I cant use Ms office , there is no passkey provided to me. Can use plz help me to use/claim Ms office.

    Many new PCs do not include a product key card anymore. The Office license is often digital and tied to the Microsoft account used during setup.

    In the meantime, if you haven’t already, please check the following:

    • Open any Office app like Word or Excel.
    • Sign in using your Microsoft account.
    • See if it activates automatically.

    If it does not activate, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. What brand and model is the new PC?
    2. Did the PC advertisement say Office included (for example: Microsoft 365 or Office Home & Student)?
    3. When you open Word or Excel, what exact message do you see?
    4. Did the seller give you any Office card, receipt, or redemption link?
