unable to install M365 in my system.

I am unable to install Microsoft 365 on my system. It is showing a message to delete the previous version of MS Office, but the previous version is not getting permanently removed. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue so that I can install the new version.

    May I please know whether you have tried running the Office 365 uninstall troubleshooter to remove the Office applications installed on your device?

    Click the link below to run the troubleshooter:

    https://aka.ms/SaRA-officeUninstallFromPC

    This will open the 'Get help' app on your PC, and then follow the prompts to completely remove the previous Office programs from your device.

    Once uninstalled, restart your computer and install the Office applications.
