My desktop suddenly went blue screen after a random restart. I tried everything in the troubleshoot menu to no avail. I then decided to attempt to redownload Windows 11 on my drive but Bitlocker refuses to work properly and continues to lock the drive(s). I have tried unlocking and doing the same thing but it does not work. Sometimes I will put the bitlocker password in and it will work, other times it won't work. I have tried turning off secure boot and it will say it failed to launch Windows 11 still. It refuses to let me redownload Windows 11 on any of my drives and it refuses to help me, I am at a loss. I can provide more info if needed.

If all recovery options in the recovery environment are failing to resolve the blue screen error, then you indicate you have tried to reinstall Windows, what method are you using to do that, a Windows reset will not work on an encrypted drive, you would need to create a bootable Windows 11 USB and use that to clean install Windows 11 and at the start of the process, delete the partitions in the internal drive to remove the encryption, which would result in loss of all data on the C drive, do you have a safe backup of your files.
