Partner Center Registration Loop / Stuck as Company

"Hello. Due to a system glitch during my registration, my account was mistakenly created as a 'Company' (Company name: Garry Gramadski) instead of an 'Individual' account. Also, it seems I was incorrectly enrolled in the BethesdaGames program. I am getting a 404 error on the dashboard. Could you please completely reset or delete this broken enrollment so I can register properly from scratch as an Individual Windows developer?"

Partner Center does not support converting a Company developer account into an Individual account. To publish as an Individual, a new Individual developer account must be created; the existing Company enrollment cannot simply be “reset” into an Individual one.

Supported path forward based on documented behavior:

1. Stop trying to fix the current Company account type in place; Partner Center explicitly does not allow changing an account from Individual to Company or vice versa.
2. Create a new Individual developer account in Partner Center using a Microsoft account that is not already associated with the current Company developer account.
   • Go to the registration page and sign in with a different Microsoft account.
   • When prompted for account type, choose Individual.
3. If the current Company account (with the BethesdaGames enrollment and 404 dashboard) is blocking access or causing confusion, open a Partner Center support request and ask them to close or clean up that Company account/enrollment. Provide:
   • The Microsoft account used for the broken Company account.
   • The incorrect company name and program enrollment details.
   • Screenshots or exact error (404) messages.

Key point: the only supported way to get an Individual developer account is to register a new Individual account; the existing Company account cannot be converted.
