Microsoft Rewards does not “download” a 400 Robux card. After redeeming enough points for a Roblox Digital Card (for example, 400 Robux), the process is:

1. Go to the Microsoft Rewards Redeem page and choose the Roblox Digital Card / 400 Robux reward (when available).
2. Confirm the redemption; points are deducted immediately.
3. A digital code for the Roblox card is issued to the account (not a download). It typically appears on the Rewards order/confirmation page and/or in email shortly after redemption.
4. Take that code to roblox.com/redeem and redeem it to receive the 400 Robux on the Roblox account.

If the specific Roblox gift card is not visible, it is either out of stock or not currently offered for the region. In that case, check the Redeem page again later, as availability changes over time.

If a redeemed Roblox code shows as invalid or otherwise does not work, contact Microsoft Rewards support with the order details so they can investigate or refund points, as in the referenced resolved case where points were refunded and a new Roblox card was successfully redeemed.
