If you are using PowerPoint on the web, this version does not have a Save button, as the file is automatically saved to the cloud.
You can select the icon below to check where the file is currently saved:
Additionally, if you would like to save the file to your computer or open it using the PowerPoint desktop app, you can select the three-dot ( … ) icon.
In case you are using the PowerPoint desktop version, please share a screenshot so I can assist you more effectively and accurately.
