C drive not working showing Access denied

In morning system has taken an update and then in teh evening when I am trying to open the apps it is showing path not found. When I clicked on Drive C is is showing Access denied

    checked all of these they are not evenn rebooting, not even repairing, not even system restore is happening so is there any other option to solve this?

    You do not indicate what version of Windows you have installed, is that Windows 11 and is it the March KB5079473 update that was installed and causing the problems?

    If so, on the update website, Microsoft indicate there are no widespread reports of any problems with that new March update, however, I am seeing some reports of people experiencing the same problem you are reporting after installing that update.

    Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

    On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

    Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot to a stable system.
