Multiple MS Accounts prevents download

Question

I have a subscription to Office 365. I bought a new laptop. I want to download office. I also think I have more than one MS account and I can't get into the account that has the office download. I do have the order number. What should I do?

Hi Robert,

Try to log in using the Phone number on the Microsoft Accounts page, as if the Phone number is linked to your account, it might permit you to sign in.
