Hello,

I am trying to verify my business listing on Bing Places for the company DF+ Engenharia, located in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

The verification method selected was PIN by postal mail. However, the letter took too long to arrive and the PIN had already expired when it was delivered. This has already happened twice, making it impossible for us to complete the verification.

Could you please assist with either:

issuing a new verification method (phone or email), or

manually verifying the business listing?

Since the postal PIN has expired twice due to delivery delays, you would need to reach out directly to the Bing Places team, as they are better positioned to assist with extending PIN validity or switching to an alternative verification method. Bing Places for Business verification and listing management is handled through the Bing Places portal.

To resolve repeated postal PIN expiry and request an alternative verification method (such as phone or email) or manual verification, the business listing must be managed directly in Bing Places for Business:

Go to Bing Places for Business and sign in with the account used to create the DF+ Engenharia listing.
Locate and select the DF+ Engenharia business listing.
Use the verification/verification-problem options presented in the portal to:
- Request a new PIN, and
- Where available, choose an alternate verification method (phone/email) or follow any on-screen option to contact Bing Places support for manual review.

All changes to business information and verification status for Bing Maps search results are performed through Bing Places; manual verification or method changes cannot be completed outside that system.
