I can't acess my email because it's been years it was dormant

I have an Outlook account, I know my username and my password. But, every time I try to log-in I'm blocked off due to "Help us protect your account. We've detected something unusual about this sign-in. For example, you might be signing in from a new location, device or app." In order to access it I need to call/text a number I no longer have access to. The only option left is the Recovery Forms I have filled over 6 times, with a huge amount of information, yet Microsoft always rejects it. It probably happens because I haven't logged in in 5 years, but now I want to, and I'm unable. Please, help me.

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form
