I cannot edit my incoming mail server in my Outlook account

My host email has changed platform and now I need to edit my incoming and outgoing servers. When I go into account settings, I can enter my password and edit outgoing server but incoming server is greyed out and it will not authenticate my account. Can you please help?

    I can now access the incoming server to make the changes but it's saying login is failed. I have checked all the details are correct and it's still not working.

    I trouble shooted and still no luck
