The error code indicates a work account conflict. Remove the Work or school account and try again.
- Press Windows + I to open Settings.
- Click Accounts.
- Select Access work or school from the left pane.
- Locate your connected work or school account.
- Click the account and select Disconnect.
- Confirm by clicking Yes to remove the account from the device.
