Certification status and delivery cannot be checked or fixed from this forum; this requires the dedicated Microsoft Credentials Support team.
Use these steps to resolve the missing MD-102 certification and certificate:
- Confirm the certification requirement
- MD-102 is part of the Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator certification path. Verify which certification is expected and whether MD-102 alone is sufficient for that credential by reviewing the certification details: How to earn the certification.
- Verify the correct Microsoft Learn profile
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn and ensure the correct account is being used:
- Go to the Learn profile and open the Credentials / Certifications tab.
- If there are multiple Microsoft accounts (personal, work, or school), sign out and try each one to see where the exam result is associated.
- If the congratulations email for the exam went to a different contact email, that can indicate the certification is tied to another Learn profile.
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn and ensure the correct account is being used:
- Check for missing certifications conditions
- If the certification requires more than one exam, the certificate is only issued after all required exams are passed.
- Some older/legacy certifications no longer appear in Learn profiles, but MD-102 and its related certification are current.
- If the certification or certificate still does not appear
- Use Microsoft Credentials Support so the support team can look up the exam delivery and align it with the correct profile:
- Go to Microsoft Credentials Support (or the short link
https://aka.ms/credentialssupportas referenced in the Q&A posts). - Sign in with the same account used to register/take MD-102.
- Complete the contact details, then reopen the link so Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials are preselected.
- Submit a support request describing that MD-102 was passed on 19 February 2026 but the certification and certificate are missing from the Learn profile. Include (in the form, not publicly) candidate ID, registration ID, exam date, and test center details.
- Go to Microsoft Credentials Support (or the short link
- This team can:
- Confirm the exam result.
- Merge or correct profiles if the exam is attached to a different account.
- Enable access to the missing certification and certificate.
- Use Microsoft Credentials Support so the support team can look up the exam delivery and align it with the correct profile:
