Remove or Hide Export function in Microsoft List

I have followed the below trend to hide the "Export-To-Excel" function.

However, the "Export-To-CSV" function still works. Is there any workaround to prevent "Export-to-CSV" function too?

Export to CSV is a built-in capability of modern Microsoft Lists and SharePoint lists and is controlled separately from the classic “Export to Excel” action.

From the available information, the only documented control is the row limit and behavior of the feature itself:

• Export to CSV is available from the command bar when no items are selected.
• It exports up to a maximum of 30,000 rows from the current view.
• On macOS, Export to CSV is the only export option.
