Hello, I have not been able to log in to my hotmail account for almost 2 weeks. and every time I fill out the recovery form I'm told they can't validate me.

2026-03-13T09:50:16.15+00:00 Since Monday, March 2, I have been unable to access my email due to a temporary blocking for security reasons. I can complete a recovery form to remove the blockage. I have tried this every day, but every time I get an automatic message within 30 seconds that they cannot verify me.

When your account is blocked, Microsoft provides instructions on how to unblock it:
If it does not work, I suggest not attempting to log in for a full 24 hours. During this time frame, do not try to sign in again. The block usually expires after that period, and you should be able to log in again.
