I have an Office suite that can't be used. (Device ID: 222141D4-5887-5F2D-A347-F860E078C393, and I hope the Device ID is the required Product Key, My old email (<Mod remove PII> @iinet.net.au) is no longer supported by my ISP, so I have a new email (<Mod remove PII> @gmail.com) that I would like the Office suite of programs to 'Belong' to. See screen shot. I don't have the password for the old email account, so reset emails are not received . I can't install a later version of the operating system, as my Mac is too old.

<Mod mask PII>

I hope you can assist. This is not about Microsoft 365.

Thanks

Allan

    You can't move a perpetual license from one account to another.

    You could see if it is possible to sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services using your old mail. For Microsoft's severs, the third-party e-mail is a user name that connects to a Microsoft account.
